Quick Action: 6-Year-Old Kidnapped in Gaya Rescued in Just 8 Hours!

In Gaya, Bihar, police captured four men accused of kidnapping a six-year-old boy named Aryan from Bardih village. Aryan disappeared on Monday while fishing near a canal. His mother, Suman Devi, realized he was missing when he didn’t come home by evening. She learned from neighbors that two men on a bike had taken him.

The police wasted no time. They quickly formed a special team, led by Officer Amit Kumar, to find Aryan. Using technology, they tracked down one of the kidnappers, Anuj Kumar, from Narayanpur village. He confessed that Aryan was taken to a place called Palamu in Jharkhand.

The police team then rushed to a new house in Bichkila Padma village, where they arrested three more suspects: Saurabh Kumar and Awadh Kumar from a nearby village, and Pintu Kumar from Gaya. They found Aryan locked in a room.

The police also recovered five mobile phones and the bikes used in the crime. They believe the kidnappers wanted to ask for ransom money after moving Aryan farther away from his home, which is 120 km from Gaya.

  • Google Launches Willow: A Game-Changer in Quantum Computing!

Google Launches Willow: A Game-Changer in Quantum Computing!

Google has just launched its new quantum chip called Willow, which shows amazing performance in many ways. Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, shared on X (formerly Twitter) that Willow is a crucial part of their effort to create a practical quantum computer. This computer could help in areas like medicine, energy, and battery design.

Here’s what you need to know about Willow:

    1. Error Reduction: Willow can significantly cut down errors in quantum computing, making it more reliable as Google adds more qubits (the building blocks of quantum computers).

    2. Speed: Willow can finish a standard test in under five minutes. In comparison, it would take one of the fastest supercomputers, Frontier, 10 septillion years to do the same job!

    3. Advanced Facility: The chip was made in a special facility in Santa Barbara designed just for building quantum chips, making it one of the best places for such technology.

    4. Performance: With 105 qubits, Willow performs five times better than Google’s earlier chips, excelling in correcting errors and running complex tasks.

    5. Long Journey: Sundar Pichai mentioned that creating Willow is a big milestone in a journey he started 12 years ago when he founded Google AI. His dream is to build a powerful quantum computer that uses the unique principles of quantum mechanics.

Cummins Leads Australia to Victory Against India in Adelaide Test

In Adelaide, Australia, former cricketer Adam Gilchrist praised Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins for his amazing performance in the recent Test match against India. Australia won the match by 10 wickets, tying the series 1-1.

Cummins was fantastic, taking seven wickets and helping Australia secure the win. Gilchrist spoke about Cummins on Fox Cricket’s podcast, saying he seemed refreshed and ready to play after the previous loss in Perth. He noted, “Cummins was outstanding; he looked like a car that just got a good tune-up and was running smoothly again.”

Gilchrist also mentioned that Cummins celebrated each wicket more passionately than before, showing how much winning meant to the team after being disappointed in their last game.

In the Adelaide Test, India chose to bat first but struggled against Australia’s fast bowler Mitchell Starc, scoring only 180 runs. Besides a good partnership between KL Rahul and Shubman Gill, not much went well for India. Cummins and Scott Boland each took two wickets.

In Australia’s first innings, Travis Head played brilliantly, scoring 140 runs and helping his team reach a total of 337 runs, giving Australia a big lead of 157 runs. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj were the best bowlers for India.

In their second innings, India went down again, with many players getting out quickly, finishing with just 175 runs. This meant India only had a small lead of 18 runs, setting Australia a target of just 19 runs to win. Cummins took five wickets in this innings, marking his eighth five-wicket haul as captain. Boland and Starc also contributed with wickets.

Australia chased down the target quickly, with Usman Khawaja and Nathan McSweeney scoring the runs in just 3.2 overs. It was a great game for Cummins and his team, showing they are back in good form.

  • Young Thai Pop Star Dies After Massage Complications at 20

Young Thai Pop Star Dies After Massage Complications at 20

On Sunday, December 8, a young Thai pop singer named Ping Chayada sadly passed away at the age of 20. She had been experiencing pain in her neck and shoulders and sought help through massage therapy.

In her last message to her 22,000 followers, Ping explained that her first massage felt fine. However, after going back for more sessions, she started feeling much worse. After one massage where her neck was twisted, she had awful pain that made it hard to lie down. Ping loved massages and thought the pain was normal. After seeing a different therapist who pressed too hard, her condition got worse, causing swelling and bruising.

Eventually, Ping started to feel electric shocks in her fingers and noticed that her right arm was getting weak. She wrote, “I want to leave this as a lesson for anyone who really likes massage. I will recover. I’m in so much pain. I want to work now. But now I’m just waiting for the right time.”

Over the following weeks, Ping’s health got worse, leading to her hospitalization on November 6. She was diagnosed with septicemia (blood poisoning), which caused her death. The local health chief announced that an autopsy would reveal the exact cause. All seven massage therapists at the place where she received treatment were licensed, and an investigation is ongoing to ensure that they followed proper Thai massage techniques.

    The Risks of Massage Therapy

While massages usually have very low risks, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) says there have been rare cases of serious problems, like blood clots or nerve injuries. These are more likely with deep tissue massages or for older people.

Dr. Thiravat Hemachudha, an expert at Rangsit University, warned that neck massages could be dangerous and even lead to paralysis. He mentioned a study by 177 American neurologists, who found 55 patients aged 21 to 60 who became paralyzed after neck therapy. Dr. Thiravat explained that neck massages could affect blood flow to the brain and that he has treated patients who believed neck tilting would make their muscles stronger.

  • Boeing Resumes 737 MAX Production After Strikes and Challenges

Boeing Resumes 737 MAX Production After Strikes and Challenges

Boeing has just started making its popular 737 MAX jets again. This happened last week, about a month after thousands of factory workers finished a seven-week strike. Bringing the 737 MAX production back is very important for Boeing, which has a lot of debt and needs to recover. They have around 4,200 orders for the jet from airlines that want to keep up with the increasing number of people flying.

Production began again on Friday, according to sources who asked to remain anonymous. Boeing has not commented on this news. Just a few days ago, the head of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Whitaker, said that Boeing had not yet started making the 737 MAX but planned to do so soon.

Boeing’s aim was to increase production to 56 planes a month, but many issues have slowed them down. These problems include two deadly crashes, the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain issues, safety concerns, and a recent strike. In January, the FAA limited Boeing to making just 38 MAX planes each month after a safety problem was discovered when a door panel fell off during a flight.

Whitaker said it might take several months before Boeing can produce more than 38 planes again. Experts predict that by 2025, Boeing might only make about 29 MAX jets per month.
