In Adelaide, Indian cricket player Mohammed Siraj and Australian batsman Travis Head are about to get a “punishment” from the ICC (International Cricket Council) because of a fight during a recent Test match. Reports say that both players were found guilty after a meeting on Monday. However, they will likely only receive a fine or a warning instead of being banned, as they both have good behavior records in the past.

The incident happened on the second day of the match, which Australia won by 10 wickets. Travis Head played really well, scoring 140 runs off 141 balls before Siraj bowled him out. After this, Siraj celebrated aggressively and said something to Head. The crowd in Adelaide booed Siraj because of this.

Head later claimed he only said “well bowled” to Siraj and felt sad about Siraj’s reaction. But Siraj disagreed, claiming Head used bad words against him. “I only celebrated, and he was the one who insulted me. Everyone saw it on TV,” Siraj explained to Star Sports.

Head also admitted he reacted in a way he didn’t like. “There wasn’t any issue before this. I think my reaction was over the top, and I regret how I responded,” he said during a press conference after the game.
