Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan, recently shared her struggles with mental health, especially during her parents’ divorce. In an interview, she explained how hard it was for her to manage her feelings while her family was going through this tough time. She believes her parents often worried about her and even blamed themselves.

Ira talked about when she started taking medication for her mental health in 2018. She revealed that when she told Aamir and her mother, Reena Dutta, they were very concerned. Despite not saying it out loud, Ira felt they were troubled by their own fears. She wished they wouldn’t blame themselves as her health issues were due to various reasons, not just their divorce.

Ira discussed her parents’ divorce, which happened in 2002 after being married for 16 years. She believes the divorce changed their lives in many ways, both good and bad. Ira also mentioned that many things happened, some of which they weren’t even aware of. Aamir Khan and Reena have another child, Junaid, who has started acting. Aamir also has a son named Aazad with his second wife, Kiran Rao.

In October, right around her birthday, actress Rakul Preet Singh updated her fans on Instagram about her back injury. She had to rest in bed for a while to heal. By Diwali, she was moving again, but she’s still not completely better. “I feel better every day, but the healing is slow,” Rakul shares.

Rakul explains how she got hurt: “On October 5, I lifted a really heavy 80 kg weight. I started to feel pain but kept going, which was a big mistake. I finished my workout and went to shoot a film. By evening, the pain got so bad that I couldn’t even put on my clothes. I thought it was just a spasm, so I kept working through the pain. By the 10th, as I was getting ready for my birthday celebration, the pain got worse. I fainted because of it, and my blood pressure dropped. I was stuck in bed for 10 days.”

She shares some sad news about her birthday. Her husband, producer Jackky Bhagnani, had planned a special birthday party for her, but she couldn’t even see it. “Jackky decorated everything, but I missed it all. I got hurt just before the party started, so I never saw the decorations.”

Through this tough time, Rakul says Jackky has been a great support. “It’s important for a partner to understand what you’re feeling, both physically and mentally. I’m a hardworking person, so this injury really took a toll on me. Even now, I don’t always feel 100%. I sometimes worry about getting better and whether I’ll be able to do my usual activities again. It’s nice to have a partner like Jackky who can help me feel better. He knows how to make me laugh even when I’m feeling down.”

Rakul shares a story: “About two weeks ago, I took my first flight since getting hurt. I came back feeling tired and sad, and I started to cry. Jackky joked with me, saying, ‘Congratulations, now you’ve become a girl,’ because I don’t usually cry. It’s great to have someone who can make you smile during tough times. I’m thankful to Jackky for that.”

The injury has taught Rakul an important lesson: “I learned that while your mind can be strong, your body can give out if you don’t pay attention. I didn’t listen to my body until it was too late. I’ve learned that sometimes I need to take it easy.”

Talking about her recovery, Rakul says, “Injuries like this usually take about 6 to 8 weeks to heal, and I’m in my sixth week now. Hopefully, in two more weeks, I’ll feel completely fine. I can move around without pain and do my normal activities. I’m getting stronger every day, but I still need to build my strength and energy. Overall, I’m doing much better now!”

On Saturday, actress Tamannaah Bhatia joined her friend Wamiqa Gabbi for a fun dance video set to the song “Nain Matakka.” Wamiqa shared the clip on Instagram, and the post quickly caught the attention of fellow actresses Keerthy Suresh and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who loved the performance.

In the video, Tamannaah wore a stylish white top paired with a matching jacket and jeans, while Wamiqa looked chic in a black cropped top and stylish pants. They nailed the dance moves and ended the video with a sweet hug and kiss.

Wamiqa captioned the video, “Bet you weren’t expecting this Nain Matakka! I love you @tamannaahspeaks.” Samantha Ruth Prabhu liked the post, showing her support. Earlier, she had her own dance moment with Varun Dhawan to the same song.

Keerthy Suresh praised the duo, saying, “Wohooo I love this combo!! @tamannaahspeaks @wamiqagabbi.” Tamannaah replied with excited words, and Keerthy thanked her in return. Fans were thrilled to see their two favorites dancing together.

About the song “Nain Matakka,” it is from the movie “Baby John,” which stars Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh. The catchy song is sung by Diljit Dosanjh and Dhee and features fun moves from the actors. The movie will be out on December 25 and also stars Jackie Shroff, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Rajpal Yadav.

Tamannaah’s New Project

Currently, Tamannaah is working on a film called “Sikandar Ka Muqaddar.” This crime drama, directed by Neeraj Pandey, also stars Avinash Tiwary and Jimmy Shergill. The film will premiere on Netflix on November 29.

Actor Sharad Kapoor, known for his roles in movies, has been accused of harassment by a 32-year-old woman. She says he invited her to his house to talk about a work project but then made unwanted advances and sent her rude messages.

On November 26, 2024, she went to his office to discuss video reels, as he had suggested. When she got there, she claimed that he was dressed inappropriately and tried to touch her in ways that made her uncomfortable. After this meeting, she received more inappropriate messages from him, including a voice note that upset her even more.

She has decided to take legal action against him, saying it’s important to hold people accountable in the entertainment industry. The police have taken her complaint seriously and filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Kapoor, using specific laws meant to protect people from such behavior.
