Linda McMahon, chosen by President Donald Trump as the new education secretary, spoke to a US Senate committee on Thursday. She complained about too much power being held by the federal education department. “Our problems come from too much control in our federal education system,” she said.

McMahon suggested that the solution is to support “education freedom” instead of more government control. During his campaign, Trump promised to close the federal education department and give its responsibilities to state governments.

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced that the APPSC Group 2 Mains Hall Ticket for 2025 is now available. If you’re going to take the Group 2 main exam, you can download your admission card from the APPSC official website at psc.ap.gov.in.

The main exams will take place on February 23, 2025, in two shifts. The first test (Paper 1) will start at 10 AM and end at 12:30 PM, and the second test (Paper 2) will happen from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. The exams will be held in 13 different districts.
