  • Atishi Accuses Congress of Helping BJP in Delhi Elections

Atishi Accuses Congress of Helping BJP in Delhi Elections

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi made some serious allegations on Thursday. She said that Congress is working with the BJP to win the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. This statement came during a press conference with Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh.

Atishi claimed that Congress is trying to weaken AAP’s chances in the elections. She said that AAP had not criticized Congress during recent elections in Haryana, but Congress seems to be using strategies similar to the BJP. Singh even suggested that Congress’s list of candidates looked like it was made in a BJP office!

Both AAP leaders attacked Congress leaders Ajay Maken and Sandeep Dixit for focusing on AAP instead of the BJP. Singh was particularly upset by Maken’s comment calling Arvind Kejriwal “anti-national.” He pointed out that even though Kejriwal has supported Congress in the past, he now faces a police case (FIR), while Congress hasn’t taken any action against BJP leaders.

Atishi accused Congress of trying to sabotage AAP’s success by having Congress candidates like Sandeep Dixit and Farhad Suri secretly backed by the BJP. “This makes us question Congress’s loyalty to the INDIA alliance,” she said.

In response, AAP demanded immediate action against Maken and other Congress leaders. Singh warned that if Congress didn’t take action within 24 hours, AAP would ask other parties to kick Congress out of the INDIA alliance. With the Delhi Assembly elections coming up in February, tensions are rising, putting the future of the alliance in doubt.

  • BJP Blames Telangana CM for Attack on Allu Arjun Amid Stampede Case

BJP Blames Telangana CM for Attack on Allu Arjun Amid Stampede Case

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of leading an attack on the home of actor Allu Arjun. This happened after a tragic stampede at the screening of Allu Arjun’s movie, “Pushpa 2,” which resulted in the death of a 35-year-old woman. The BJP claims this attack was done by the government because Allu Arjun did not support the Congress party.

BJP spokesman Pradeep Bhandari said that Revanth Reddy was upset because Allu Arjun is popular and believes in speaking freely. He pointed out that the Congress party has a history of not supporting free speech, comparing Reddy’s actions to those of former leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi.

On December 22, some people went to Allu Arjun’s house, shouting for justice for the woman who died in the stampede. They threw tomatoes and damaged flower pots. The police arrested six individuals, but a court later granted them bail.

Revanth Reddy criticized Allu Arjun, saying that he was responsible for the stampede, as the police had not allowed any events at Sandhya Theatre for safety reasons. Allu Arjun has denied the allegations and described them as an attack on his character.

  • Sinner and Swiatek: The Doping Scandals Shaking Tennis in 2024

Sinner and Swiatek: The Doping Scandals Shaking Tennis in 2024

Tennis was shaken by two big doping scandals in 2024. First, Jannik Sinner, the top men’s player, had a US Open win clouded by a doping issue. He tested positive two times for a banned substance in March, but an independent tribunal accepted his excuse that it was a case of accidental contamination. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) didn’t agree and appealed the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), with a ruling expected next year.

Next, Polish tennis star Iga Swiatek also faced problems. She lost her number one ranking to Aryna Sabalenka and served a one-month ban. Swiatek tested positive for a banned substance in an out-of-competition check in August. Her defense, approved by the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA), was that the positive test happened because of contamination from a regulated sleep medication, melatonin, sold in Poland.

Both players received support from fellow athletes and fans, but some, including former number one Simona Halep, were critical. Halep had her own doping case, which started when she tested positive for a substance called roxadustat in 2022. After initially getting a four-year ban, CAS reduced her punishment to nine months. Halep believes there are inconsistencies in how doping cases are handled in tennis.

ITIA chief Karen Moorhouse addressed questions about whether Sinner and Swiatek were treated more favorably. Speaking to Niftystat, she stated, “All players are judged by the same rules.” She emphasized that each case is unique and depends on specific details. For example, Halep’s case involved a contaminated supplement, while Swiatek used a medication, so their levels of fault were assessed differently.

Swiatek reportedly took a banned drug called trimetazidine, causing her to miss three tournaments during her ban.

  • Blake Lively Sues Justin Baldoni Over Harassment Claims on Film Set!

Blake Lively Sues Justin Baldoni Over Harassment Claims on Film Set!

Justin Baldoni, a well-known actor and director, is facing serious problems after Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against him. Lively, who stars in the movie “It Ends With Us,” claims Baldoni created a hostile work environment and harassed her with inappropriate questions about her personal life.

In her complaint, she says Baldoni often talked about his own sex life and even asked her if she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, climax together. Lively found these questions deeply uncomfortable and didn’t want to talk about them.

Lively demanded in her lawsuit that no one on set, including Baldoni, should discuss anything sexual around her or her team. She faced further difficulties during filming due to the 2023 writers’ strike, and when production started back up, she brought her concerns directly to Baldoni and the film’s producer, Jamey Heath.

She accused Baldoni of wanting to include graphic scenes without her permission, even trying to keep a scene where the couple climaxes together on their wedding night. Although he eventually agreed to drop it, he had a strong reason for wanting it in the movie because he claimed it was important to him personally.

Lively’s lawsuit also outlines several demands to keep her comfortable on set, including:

    – No more showing nude videos or pictures.
    – No discussions about Baldoni’s past with porn or Lively’s lack of interest in it.
    – No talk about personal experiences related to sex.
    – An intimacy coordinator must always be present during their scenes together.
    – No physical actions, like biting or lip-sucking, without her consent.

This situation has created a storm of controversy, and many in the industry are paying attention to the unfolding drama.
