Actor Ranbir Kapoor recently shared how his life is connected to his movie Brahmastra. In an interview with Deadline, he mentioned that he and his wife, Alia Bhatt, began dating while filming. By the time Brahmastra came out, they were married and even welcomed their baby girl, Raha Kapoor. Ranbir called the film “special” because of this personal connection.

When discussing the next parts of Brahmastra, Ranbir said they are still writing the story for part two, which will be called Dev. He hasn’t announced the cast yet, but he is excited about it. Ayan Mukerji, who is a close friend of Ranbir and has worked with him on several films like Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, is directing the sequels. Ranbir feels that the Brahmastra series has opened new ideas for Indian cinema.

When asked about Alia acting in part two, Ranbir smiled and confirmed, “of course.” He explained that this was their first movie together, and the journey they shared while making it is reflected in the film.

Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, directed by Ayan, was released in September 2022 and stars Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna, with a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan. Earlier this year, details about the Brahmastra Trilogy were announced, with Brahmastra Part Two: Dev expected to come out in December 2026, followed by Part Three in December 2027.

Daniel Craig is getting amazing reviews for his role in the movie “Queer,” directed by Luca Guadagnino. In this film, he plays William Lee, an American drifter who falls in love with a young man while in Mexico.

In an interview with the Sunday Times, Craig shared that he couldn’t have taken on this challenging role while he was also playing James Bond. He explained, “If I had done this during my Bond years, it would have seemed like I was just trying to prove I could act in different ways.”

Craig talked about his experience as James Bond, stating it felt like a lot of pressure. He said, “At first, I thought I needed to work on other projects, but I didn’t really need to.” He admitted that being a star brings incredible opportunities but also left him feeling empty. After each Bond film, it took him a long time to feel normal again.

Daniel Craig, who is now 56, first became James Bond in 2006 with “Casino Royale” and appeared in four more Bond movies: “Quantum of Solace,” “Skyfall,” “Spectre,” and “No Time to Die” in 2021. Now, for his performance in “Queer,” there is a lot of talk about him possibly getting an Oscar nomination. He has not received a nomination yet but was recently honored as Best Actor by the National Board of Review.

“Queer” is based on a book of the same name and was adapted for the screen by Justin Kuritzkes. The film also features actors Drew Starkey, Leslie Manville, Jason Schwartzman, and Omar Apollo.
