In the first picture, we see Kareena sitting at the lunch table next to Neha, while Soha stands beside them with her husband Kunal Kemmu and Angad Bedi. The next photo shows Kunal, shirtless, enjoying a sunny moment after swimming. There’s also a cute shot of Kunal teaching his daughter Inaaya how to play the piano. Inaaya is looking at a big poster of her mom’s new movie, Chhorii 2, which gets her really excited!

Speaking of her new movie, Chhorii 2 is a horror thriller that will be available on Amazon Prime Video starting April 11. In a recent chat, Soha explained how she kept her scary movie look a secret from Inaaya. She didn’t want her daughter to see her in a spooky way before bedtime, so she chose to speak to her on the phone instead of FaceTiming.
Chhorii 2 features Nushrratt Bharuccha, who was also in the first film. Meanwhile, Kareena recently acted in Singham Again, which came out last Diwali, and she has more exciting projects lined up with director Meghna Gulzar.

Amit Shah’s Visits: Talks with AIADMK and Election Prep in Tamil Nadu, Bihar
New Delhi: Amit Shah, India’s Union Home Minister, is visiting Tamil Nadu this month to talk with leaders of the AIADMK party. He will also go to Bihar, where elections are coming up later this year, and to West Bengal, which will have elections in 2026. Although Shah’s visit to Tamil Nadu is not officially related to discussions about an alliance, it’s likely that he will meet senior AIADMK leaders as the state will have elections in 2026.
Earlier in March, AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami met with Shah in New Delhi, raising hopes that the BJP might join forces with the AIADMK to oppose the ruling DMK party in Tamil Nadu. There have been talks behind the scenes to see if both parties can work together again, especially since there’s a lot of resentment against the DMK among voters.
Currently, AIADMK’s state president, K. Annamalai, is expected to step down, and everyone is curious who will replace him. Annamalai’s tough approach toward the AIADMK was one big reason why their relationship with BJP weakened.
Both AIADMK and BJP leaders believe that uniting against the DMK could give them a better chance to win in the state. In 2023, the AIADMK officially left the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) after disagreements, particularly regarding statements made by Annamalai.
The NDA now includes BJP, PMK (headed by Anbumani Ramadoss), and other parties. In the last state election in 2021, the DMK won 133 out of 234 seats, while AIADMK lost many seats, ending with only 66. The BJP got 4 seats, and PMK got 5.
Amit Shah is also going to Bihar to check on party preparations for the elections. During his last visit, he met local leaders and got updates on their situation. This time, during a two-day trip, he will outline the plan for the coming elections. He will also soon visit West Bengal to energize the party’s members and discuss strategies against the ruling Trinamool Congress. Recently, BJP members raised concerns in Parliament about issues with teacher recruitment in West Bengal. -

Two Cambodian journalists, Vuthy Tha and Hour Hum, fled to Thailand for seven years to escape danger in their home country. Last year, they arrived in the United States on work visas, hoping to share truthful news back in Cambodia through Radio Free Asia (RFA). However, their jobs and ability to stay in the U.S. are now in jeopardy. This is due to President Donald Trump signing an executive order that cuts funding to the U.S. Agency for Global Media, the organization that supports RFA.
Vuthy, a single dad, feels scared that their ability to report accurate news will be taken away. Hour shares these worries, fearing they might have to return to Cambodia, where they could face serious punishment for being journalists. Both men are anxious about how they will care for their families and remain in the U.S. Cambodia has become hostile toward independent media, making it unsafe for them to go back.
Many journalists funded by the U.S. are in danger, with some even in prison. Reports show that at least 84 journalists in the U.S. could be sent back to countries where they might be arrested, tortured, or killed. Advocacy groups are urging the U.S. Congress to step in and help protect these reporters.
While some journalists are already fighting back with lawsuits, the situation remains troubling. The recent cuts to funding for U.S. media outlets have many worried that support for journalists abroad will decrease. One Vietnamese journalist, Khoa Lai, expresses fear about returning to Vietnam due to the risk that he could face imprisonment for his work.

Businessman and Friends Injured in Drink-Driving Accident on Sea Link
A 30-year-old businessman and his two friends were hurt when their speeding car crashed into a divider on the Bandra Worli Sea Link early Sunday morning, police reported. The driver was found to be drinking alcohol before the accident.
The crash happened around 1:45 AM while they were coming back to Ghatkopar from Haji Ali, a popular spot in south Mumbai. The driver, who lives in Ghatkopar, lost control of the car, leading to the crash.
After the accident, the Worli police quickly arrived at the scene and took the injured men to the hospital. Tests showed that they had been drinking alcohol. The police have now started an investigation and filed charges against the businessman under laws regarding driving and alcohol use. -
RJD Challenges Waqf Amendment Bill in Supreme Court: Fight for Rights!
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha and party leader Fayaz Ahmed plan to go to the Supreme Court to challenge the new Waqf Amendment Bill, which was recently approved by the President. They believe this law could seriously affect the management of Waqf properties, which are properties owned by the community. They will present their case to the Supreme Court tomorrow, as reported by ANI.

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav stated that if their party wins the upcoming elections in Bihar, they will discard the Waqf Act. He added that Muslims are currently being targeted, and it may soon affect Sikhs and Christians as well. Yadav claimed the government introduced the bill to distract people from serious issues like unemployment, and he assured that the BJP would not be able to enforce it in Bihar.
He criticized Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, saying the Janata Dal (United) party is struggling to convince people that the bill helps Muslims, pointing out a failed press event held by the JD(U) with their Muslim leaders.
Earlier this year, there were protests in the Bihar assembly where opposition members demanded the cancellation of the bill and asked for the full implementation of the Sachar Committee recommendations to help improve the lives of Muslims in India. RJD leaders, including Lalu Prasad and Tejashwi Yadav, supported these protests led by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB). Yadav promised that they would fight until this “unfair and unconstitutional” law gets removed, referring to the headquarters of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the main organization linked with the ruling BJP. -

Columbia University Hires 36 New Patrol Officers After Protests

This means they will have the same powers as regular police officers, including making arrests and using physical force if necessary.
Slater said Columbia is responsible for paying these officers, but they will still report to the NYPD and have similar responsibilities. Any arrests will happen at a campus office before detainees are taken to the local NYPD station.
After a question about their status, Slater clarified that these officers are university employees and will be unarmed. They must undergo 162 hours of training and be official by the police commissioner. Once ready, they will patrol Columbia’s buildings and grounds, areas where regular NYPD officers usually do not go.

Fort Bend County Judge KP George Arrested for Money Laundering!
KP George, a well-known Indian-American leader, was arrested on Friday. He is facing serious charges of money laundering related to wire fraud and lying about campaign finances. George, who has been the county judge since 2018 and won again in 2022, was taken to jail around 3:30 PM but was released after paying $20,000 bail. The law says he could go to prison for up to 10 years if found guilty.
George insists he did nothing wrong and says these charges are politically motivated. Court documents reveal that he is accused of laundering between $30,000 and $150,000. These charges are different from another case earlier this year, where George and his former chief of staff, Taral Patel, were accused of making fake racist stories to help George’s campaign by creating fake social media profiles.

His arrest has caused rising pressure for him to step down. Former Constable Trever Nehls, who ran against him in 2022, agreed, saying he expected this indictment due to the dishonesty he witnessed during the campaign.

Kartik has been working on this untitled film directed by Anurag Basu for a while now. Not much is known about the film yet. Besides this project, he’s also got another film called “Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri” coming out on February 13, 2026. This movie is a romantic comedy produced by Dharma Productions, but the story details are still secret.
