Shark Tank India’s new season is about to begin, and everyone is excited! One of the most interesting moments is a pitch from a company called Sonic Lamb. They are bravely challenging one of the popular sharks, Aman Gupta, who helped create boAt Lifestyle.
In the teaser for the new season, Sonic Lamb’s founders pitch their headphones, claiming that their product is better than boAt’s—not just in price but also in sound quality. They use the catchy phrase “Feel the music,” which grabs everyone’s attention, especially Aman Gupta’s.
During the pitch, Namita Thapar, who works at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, directly asks if Sonic Lamb’s headphones are truly better than boAt’s. The Sonic Lamb team confidently says yes, which makes Gupta visibly unhappy and sarcastic. Anupam Mittal, who runs Shaadi.com, questions how Sonic Lamb has the guts to take on a big name like boAt at the same price.
The teaser ends with the exciting line: “Sonic Lamb makes you feel the music! But will the sharks feel the same way?” Sonic Lamb was created by two friends, Jagath and Navajith. Their love for music and innovation inspired them to start this business. Navajith has fond memories of listening to music on his dad’s Japanese sound system, which made him appreciate great sound. He even spent hours learning about electronics and studied mechanical engineering. At Sahyadri College of Engineering in Mangalore, he and Jagath connected over their shared love for music and tech. They worked together in a group called “Dreamers” that helped their ideas get noticed. With Sonic Lamb, they want to change how people enjoy music, promising an experience that goes beyond just sound.
