The 82nd Annual Golden Globe Awards are coming up soon! Fans are excited as organizers have announced the people who will be presenting the awards. According to Deadline, this year’s presenters include a mix of stars: Andrew Garfield, Anthony Mackie, Anya Taylor-Joy, Ariana DeBose, Colin Farrell, Dwayne Johnson, Viola Davis, and many more. There will be a total of 45 presenters showcasing the talent in film and TV.
The ceremony will take place on January 5 (US time) and will be hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser. She is making history as the first woman to host the Golden Globes on her own!
Netflix has the most nominations this year, both for TV shows and movies. Viola Davis will also be honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award. She is a talented actress who won an Oscar and a Golden Globe for her role in the movie Fences.
Indian filmmaker Payal Kapadia’s movie All We Imagine As Light has received two prestigious nominations this year. If you’re in India, you can watch the awards show live on Lionsgate Play at 6:30 am on January 6.
