A Jeju Air plane crashed at Muan International Airport in South Korea on Sunday. Sadly, 179 passengers lost their lives, but two flight attendants managed to survive. They were quickly helped by emergency workers and taken to a hospital.

Lee, who is 32 years old, couldn’t remember anything about the accident. When asked how he got hurt, he confusedly said, “What happened? Why am I here?” Doctors believe he might be in shock because he was worried about what went wrong. He has a fractured left shoulder and a head injury. Lee is now in a hospital in Seoul since his family requested he be moved.

The other survivor, a 15-year-old attendant named Kwon, also has no memory of the crash. She was taken to Mokpo Central Hospital with a cut on her head and a broken ankle. Doctors are still checking to see if she has any internal injuries because she felt pain in her stomach. They haven’t been able to ask her about the crash yet.

This crash is the worst airplane disaster in South Korea since 1997, as only Lee and Kwon survived out of 181 people onboard.
