What’s so special about this exercise? Well, she was balancing on one inner thigh while holding a 5-kg weight! This move looks easy but is super tough. It’s called an “adductor side plank,” and it helps strengthen the muscles on the inside of your thighs. By doing this exercise, you can improve your running, jumping, and squatting skills.

Alia’s workouts are designed for her upcoming movie, “Alpha,” where she stars alongside Sharvari. The movie is set to release during Christmas 2025.
