In an Instagram story, Shruthi shared a video of another influencer talking about how easy it is to create these fake videos. She also wrote a heartfelt message saying that this situation has been very painful for her and her family. She asked people to be considerate and understand how difficult it is for her.
In her message, Shruthi said, “For you, sharing these videos might be just a joke, but for me and my loved ones, it’s hard to deal with. I’m also a girl, and I have feelings like everyone else.” She urged people not to spread these videos like “wildfire” and questioned what people would do if someone from their own family was in a similar situation.
Shruthi also reminded people that sharing these kinds of videos is against the law in India. She posted the legal rules about this, asking everyone to “start being human.”
Shruthi is known for her roles in Tamil TV shows like “Siragadikka Aasai,” and she has a large following on social media. Recently, she also clarified that she is not the same Shruthi featured in the circulating video, highlighting the confusion.
