On Ram Charan’s 40th birthday, his new film titled Peddi was announced, along with his first look. The director, Buchi Babu Sana, shared exciting posters on X (formerly Twitter). The movie was known as RC16 before getting its official name.
In the posters, Ram Charan shows off a tough and raw look. He has messy hair, an untamed beard, and a nose ring, all while wearing a striped red outfit and smoking a cigar. One poster shows him holding a cricket bat in a village stadium lit up by bright lights. The director wished him a happy birthday, calling him “Gold” and thanking him for everything.
The film Peddi also stars actors like Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma. It was written by Buchi Babu Sana and is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The movie’s production team includes well-known names like music composer AR Rahman and cinematographer R Rathnavelu. Filming is set to start soon.
Recently, Ram Charan was in a film called Game Changer, which didn’t do well at the box office. It featured Kiara Advani and was released in theaters on January 10. Game Changer is now available to watch on Prime Video, in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.
