The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened a window for candidates to change information in their online application forms for JEE Main 2025 Session 2. This opportunity started on Thursday, February 27, 2025. If you applied for this exam and want to make changes, head to the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Deadline Alert: You must complete your changes by February 28 at 11:50 PM!
Here’s what you need to know:
Who Can Make Changes?
– Current Candidates: If you registered for Session 1 and also applied for Session 2, you can change:
– Course (paper)
– Medium of question paper
– State code of eligibility
– Exam cities (based on availability)
– Educational info (Class 10 and Class 12)
– Gender
– Category
Remember, there might be additional fees for some changes!
– New Candidates: If you’re a new applicant, you can change:
– Educational details
– Gender
– Category and sub-category
– Signature
– Paper (exam type)
– State code of eligibility
– Date of birth
You can also change one of the following names:
– Your name
– Mother’s name
– Father’s name
What You Can’t Change:
– Mobile number
– Email address (both permanent and current)
– Emergency contact details
– Photograph
Additionally, candidates can update their exam city and the language of the exam based on their permanent and current address.
The NTA understands how important it is for students to have accurate information. They decided to allow these changes after receiving many requests from candidates.
Take Note: This is a one-time opportunity to make changes, so make sure you are careful. No further chances will be given!
