On Monday, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) took a shot at the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP). AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj asked his iPhone’s voice assistant, Siri, who first used the word ‘guarantee’ in Delhi. Siri replied that Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi and AAP leader, used it first. This was part of AAP’s claim that they came up with this promise ahead of the Delhi Assembly Elections.

In his press conference, Bharadwaj highlighted AAP’s bold promises, calling them “Kejriwal ki guarantee.” AAP is promising 15 different things to the voters of Delhi, focusing on jobs, women’s rights, and continuing helpful programs already in place.

Here are some important highlights from AAP’s promises:

– Jobs for Everyone: Kejriwal said they want to make sure everyone in Delhi has a job. Right now, Delhi’s unemployment rate is 2%, but AAP aims to create more opportunities for its 2.5 crore residents.

– Mahila Samman Yojana: Every woman in Delhi will get Rs 2,100 each month if AAP wins the election, which Kejriwal said will start right away.

– Sanjeevani Yojana: Seniors over 60 will receive free healthcare in both government and private hospitals.

– Water Bills: After AAP leaders were arrested, some Delhi residents received high water bills. Kejriwal promised that if AAP wins, no one will have to pay these extra charges.

– Dr. Ambedkar Scholarship Yojana: AAP promises to pay for Dalit students who want to study abroad, covering all costs.

– Metro and Bus Subsidies: Students would get a 50% discount on Metro fares and free bus rides if AAP is elected.

– Free for Renters: Kejriwal said that people living in rented homes will also get free water and electricity.

So, AAP is pushing for these plans as a way to help everyone in Delhi if they stay in power.
