A graphic designer from Delhi named Lucky Siddiqui has shared a story that has touched many hearts. He has not been paid for his work at VMS Pvt Ltd for four long months. Lucky posted on LinkedIn to explain his problem, highlighting how his employer hasn’t paid him, even though he did his job well.
In his post, Lucky expressed his frustration because he reached out many times to solve the issue, but no one responded. He said, “I have worked hard and met all my responsibilities, yet I have not received my salary for four months. I tried to talk to my bosses, but nothing changed.”
Feeling stuck, Lucky shared a message where one of his bosses told him not to call or he might get blocked. This made him feel even more helpless. He asked the people on LinkedIn for advice on what steps he could take to get his missing pay. He added, “We all depend on getting paid on time to take care of ourselves and our families. It hurts to face this situation, especially after working hard.”
Many people saw Lucky’s post and offered help. One person suggested he talk to a labor lawyer. Another user said that he could reach out to the Ministry of Labour or consider filing a complaint. People showed empathy, saying things like, “No one deserves this!” and “Make sure to keep a record of everything; it will help if you need to take legal steps.”
Lucky’s story is raising awareness about payment issues in the workplace and showing the importance of treating workers fairly.
