Anand Mahindra, a well-known businessman, recently talked about how he uses social media and finds a good balance between work and personal life. He is famous for his interesting posts on X (formerly Twitter) and has about 11 million followers. When asked how much time he spends on social media, Mahindra jokingly said, “I’m not on X because I’m lonely. I love my wife, and I enjoy spending time with her.” He believes social media is a great tool for business because it lets him hear feedback from millions of people.

During the conversation, Mahindra also shared his thoughts about work. When someone asked him how many hours he works each day, he replied, “It’s not about how many hours I work but the quality of my work that matters.”

This discussion comes after controversial comments by SN Subrahmanyan, the head of Larsen & Toubro (L&T). He suggested that employees should work 90 hours a week and mentioned how he wishes he could make them work on Sundays. He even questioned what people do at home, asking, “How long can you stare at your wife? Come to the office and get to work!”

In response, L&T said that their chairman’s comments reflect their commitment to building India’s future. They emphasize that achieving great results requires hard work and dedication, especially during this crucial time
