Washington: Vice President Kamala Harris is capable of running for president again in four years, according to outgoing President Joe Biden. He said, “I think she might feel she’s ready to run. That’s her choice to make.” Biden made history in 2020 by choosing Harris as the first Indian American, African American, and woman to be Vice President.
In the summer of 2024, after a tough debate with Donald Trump in Atlanta, Biden decided not to run for president. Instead, he supported Harris for the presidency. She then became the Democratic Party’s candidate. However, Harris lost to Trump in the election on November 5th. She hasn’t shared her plans for the future yet.
