Families Stand Strong Behind Operation Sindoor After Pahalgam Attack

The families of the 26 people who died or were hurt in the Pahalgam terror attack are showing strong support for Operation Sindoor. This operation aimed at destroying terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). They are very thankful to the Indian Armed Forces for acting quickly and decisively. Many of them feel this operation helps bring justice for their loved ones.

Tilak Rupchandani, a survivor from Nagpur who was at the attack, shared his gratitude, saying, “Thank you, Indian Army. They have taken strong steps, and we are pleased with it. The terrorists killed innocent people, and we saw it happen. We wanted the government to respond strongly, and we are glad they did. We believe the Prime Minister will teach Pakistan a lesson in the future.”

Pritam, who lost his brother Bharat Bhushan in the attack, told ANI, “We fully support the government’s choice to target terror groups. If we don’t act now, these terrorists will keep hurting more innocent people in India. I trust that the government has carefully looked into this before taking action.”

Rajesh Narwal, the father of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal from the Indian Navy, who also died in the attack, praised the military operation. He recalled when he was asked what he wanted from the government, saying, “I trust the Indian government, and they are doing their job. Today, they have shown that.”

Sumathi, the mother of Manjunath Rao from Karnataka, also lost her son in the Pahalgam attack and spoke proudly of the Indian Army. She said, “My son’s sacrifice was not in vain. We were hopeful that PM Modi would take action, and he did.”

In Bhavnagar, Gujarat, the nephew of Yatish Parmar, another victim, expressed pride in India’s response, saying, “Fifteen days after the attack, the Indian Army went after those terrorists. I am proud that the Army and PM Modi did what they promised.”

For these families and survivors, Operation Sindoor is not just a military response. It is a strong message that the government is serious about seeking justice for those lost in the attack.
