Famous actor Rajinikanth recently shared his thoughts on how young people in India are moving away from their own culture and embracing Western ways. He explained this at an event organized by his wife, Latha Rajinikanth, in Chennai.
Rajinikanth said, “Today, many young people and even some adults don’t know much about our traditions and culture. They follow Western culture without understanding the beauty and pride of our own country.” He pointed out that while young Indians are turning to Western ideas, many people from Western countries are looking to India for happiness and peace. He mentioned that Westerners discover joy in Indian practices like meditation, yoga, and natural living.
Latha Rajinikanth is working hard to help people learn about Indian culture, and Rajinikanth expressed his hope that her efforts will succeed.
Upcoming Work: Exciting Films Ahead
In 2024, Rajinikanth appeared in a movie called “Lal Salaam,” directed by his daughter Aishwarya. Unfortunately, it didn’t do well at the box office. However, he later played a tough police officer in a film called “Vettaiyan,” which had mixed reviews.
Fans are eagerly waiting for Rajinikanth’s upcoming movies – “Coolie” and “Jailer 2,” both highly anticipated. “Coolie” is set to hit theaters on August 14 and will compete with another movie called “War 2,” starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR. Right now, Rajinikanth is busy shooting for “Jailer 2,” a sequel to his 2018 hit film. This new movie also features Balakrishna in a special role.
