Balakrishna Confirmed for Powerful Role in Jailer 2!

In 2023, when the movie “Jailer” starring Rajinikanth was released, it was a hit not only in Tamil but also in Telugu. Fans were excited about special appearances by Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar, but many were disappointed that popular Telugu actors like Nandamuri Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi didn’t make cameos. However, with the upcoming sequel “Jailer 2,” director Nelson Dilipkumar is fixing this issue.

A source close to the film shared that Balakrishna has agreed to take on an important role in “Jailer 2.” The source said, “Balakrishna loved what Nelson had in mind and is excited to start filming.” Rather than just a brief cameo, he will have a solid role, which will make fans very happy.

Initially, Nelson wanted Balakrishna to be part of the first movie, but he couldn’t come up with a suitable character. He recently mentioned that he is now aiming for Balakrishna to play a strong police officer in the sequel.

Lastly, during a promotion for his Kannada film, Shiva Rajkumar spoke about Balakrishna’s involvement, saying, “I don’t know if Balakrishna is in ‘Jailer 2,’ but I’m confirmed for it.” He shared that he would love to share scenes with Balakrishna, as they are quite close.
