The Bihar Home Guard and Fire Services Department has released the admit cards for candidates who will take the physical efficiency test. If you’re one of them, you can download your admit card from the official website: onlinebhg.bihar.gov.in. Right now, the admit cards are only available for candidates from the following districts: Bhojpur, Munger, Lakhisarai, Darbhanga, and Purnia. Admit cards for other districts will be released soon.
How to Download Your Admit Card:
1. Visit the website: onlinebhg.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the link for the Bihar Home Guard Admit Card 2025.
3. Log in using your details and click submit.
4. Your admit card will appear. Download and print it for later use.
Physical Standards to Remember:
To take the test, you need to meet certain height and chest measurements:
Male Candidates:
– General (except Purnia and Kosi districts): Minimum height is 5’4” (162.56 cm).
– Purnia and Kosi districts: Minimum height is 5’2” (157.5 cm).
– Chest: 31 inches (79 cm) for general; 30 inches (76 cm) for Purnia and Kosi.
Female Candidates:
– Minimum height is 5’0” (153 cm). No chest measurement is needed.
Third Gender Candidates:
Follow the same requirements as female candidates.
About the Physical Efficiency Test:
The test will happen at the district level and is worth 15 marks. Here’s what to expect:
1. Registration: You’ll start with biometric verification.
2. Race: Complete a race in a set time; if you don’t finish in time, you’ll be out.
3. Height and Chest Measurement: If you don’t meet the standards, you can’t continue to the next parts like high jump, long jump, or shot put.
You can earn up to 5 marks in each event of high jump, long jump, and shot put. You’ll get three attempts for each event.
Make sure to be present on your scheduled day. If not, you won’t get a second chance.
