The trend of turning pictures into Studio Ghibli art using AI tool ChatGPT is taking over the internet. Many people on social media, including celebrities, are enjoying this new style. However, not everyone is happy about it.

Famous singer and music composer Vishal Dadlani expressed his dislike for this trend and called it “AI plagiarization.” He shared his feelings on Instagram, asking fans not to tag him in any of these Ghibli-style images. He said, “Sorry, I’m not sharing any of the Studio Ghibli style images you made for me. I can’t support AI copying an artist’s hard work.”

Vishal also talked about the harm AI can do to the environment, urging people, “Please do NOT make any more. Thank you.”

While some stars like Kiara Advani and Amitabh Bachchan shared their Ghibli-style pictures online, Vishal wants to remind everyone that using AI in this way raises important questions about art and creativity. Studio Ghibli’s founder, Hayao Miyazaki, who is 84 years old, has also been cautious about how AI fits into animation.
