An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 shook the Balochistan area of Pakistan on Monday, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The quake’s epicenter was located 65 kilometers east-southeast of Uthal city, at a depth of 10 kilometers.

So far, there are no reports of injuries or major damage. However, many people on social media reported feeling the tremors as far away as Karachi. One user shared, “I felt the earthquake around 4:11 PM in Karachi. My chair was rocking, but thankfully it wasn’t too bad.” Others also confirmed they felt it in different areas of the city, with one saying, “Earthquake felt in different areas of Karachi. May Allah keep everyone safe!”
