Disha, who used to be the manager of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, fell from her 12th-floor apartment in Malad, Mumbai, on June 8, 2020. According to the police, Disha was struggling with depression due to several reasons. As part of their investigation, the police spoke to Disha’s friends and some witnesses. They also talked to actors she was working with. After the case became controversial, the Mumbai police created a Special Investigation Team, but they still haven’t shared their report. Recently, Disha’s father, Satish Salian, went to the Bombay High Court, asking for a new investigation into her death. He also wants the court to make the police file a report against Aaditya Thackeray, a leader in the Shiv Sena party, and to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
