Salman Khan, the famous actor, is facing serious threats to his life from a gangster named Lawrence Bishnoi. For the past two years, Bishnoi’s gang has been after Salman, especially after the unfortunate death of his close friend, Baba Siddique. Because of these threats, Salman’s security has been tightened.
Despite these troubles, Salman is focusing on his work. His new movie, Sikandar, comes out this weekend, and it features popular actress Rashmika Mandanna. At a press event on Wednesday, Salman spoke about his fears for his safety but remained positive. He said, “My life is in the hands of God. It’s decided how long I will live. Sometimes, having many people around can be a challenge.”
Lawrence Bishnoi is currently in prison for other crimes, but his gang has attacked outside Salman’s house before. There have been multiple threats sent to Salman, including one where a man demanded ₹2 crore and another where someone asked for ₹5 crore. These threats connect back to a past event in 1998 when Salman was accused of killing a black buck, which is very important to the Bishnoi community.
As for Sikandar, this action-packed film directed by A R Murugadoss will hit theaters on Sunday. It also stars actors like Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala and Grandson Entertainment.
