Pedro Pascal has finally reacted to the excitement online about his crazy Starbucks coffee order. The star of The Last of Us went viral in March 2023 after a fan posted a video showing his favorite drink—a large iced coffee called a “venti iced quad espresso” with extra ice and a whopping six shots of espresso! This order surprised many fans, mixing admiration and worry about so much caffeine.

During a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel humorously talked about Pedro’s unusual coffee choice. When a close-up of his coffee order was shown, Kimmel said, “That’s a wild order!” Pedro smiled and replied, “I cannot tell you how violating this was!”

He explained why he now orders six shots instead of just four: “It started with four shots, but the cups got bigger, and the coffee didn’t feel as strong. So, it turned into six shots.” He joked that it used to be a private part of his morning routine, something he didn’t want to share.

When Kimmel joked, “This isn’t even coffee — this is a methaccino!” Pedro laughed and clarified that he doesn’t drink more coffee for the rest of the day. He uses these six shots to perk himself up, saying, “You sip it, get high on caffeine, and answer emails.”
