Former President Donald Trump has decided to take away security clearances and classified information access from several people he sees as opponents. This list includes well-known figures like former Vice President Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, and President Joe Biden, along with Biden’s family members. Trump said he wanted to do this because he felt Biden had done the same thing to him after the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack.

The memo released on Friday lists many people, including top New York officials Letitia James and Alvin Bragg, who have challenged Trump. It also mentions several key witnesses from Trump’s first impeachment trial in 2019, like Fiona Hill and Alexander Vindman, who testified about his actions regarding Ukraine.

Additionally, Trump included two Republicans, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger, who were part of the Committee investigating the January 6 attack. Since returning to office, Trump has continuously issued memos rescinding security clearances for those he feels have crossed him or tried to hold him accountable. Earlier, he also revoked security clearances for Biden’s children and notable figures like Antony Blinken and Jake Sullivan.

Trump even stripped away security details from his former aides, like John Bolton, Mike Pompeo, and Brian Hook, after he left office. This pattern shows Trump’s ongoing efforts to target those he opposes.
