Filmmaker SS Rajamouli has just finished filming in Odisha for his movie, SSMB 29. Photos from the set have appeared online, showing Priyanka Chopra, Mahesh Babu, and Rajamouli taking pictures with local people. There were rumors about actor Prithviraj Sukumaran being part of this film. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, he finally spoke up about it.
Prithviraj confirmed he is indeed part of SSMB 29! Some pictures of him on the set in Odisha have also surfaced, making fans even more curious. Initially, he pretended his trip with Mahesh Babu was just for sightseeing. But after some photos leaked, he said, “Now that people have seen these images, I can’t just say it was a sightseeing trip. I’ve been working on this film for over a year, and we’ll talk more about it soon!”
Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj were seen traveling to Odisha together. Many images and videos of the stunning SSMB 29 set have been shared online. In one memorable photo, Priyanka is seen signing a note that reads, “Dear Koraput, thank you for the warm hospitality. Looking forward to many such adventures. With love from the sets of SSMB-29.” Rajamouli also signed the note. In a video, he can be seen receiving a gift of millet products from local people as they wrapped up the shoot.
About SSMB 29: After the huge success of RRR, SS Rajamouli is all set to wow fans again with SSMB 29, which still doesn’t have a title. Written by Rajamouli’s father, Vijayendra Prasad, this film will be an action-adventure story similar to Indiana Jones. Filming began in January with a special ceremony, and Priyanka Chopra will return to Indian cinema, adding to the excitement.
About L2: Empuraan: Prithviraj is also busy promoting his new movie, L2: Empuraan. This action thriller, produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, Sree Gokulam Movies, and Lyca Productions, is the sequel to the 2019 film Lucifer. It stars Mohanlal and has a great cast, including Prithviraj, Manju Warrier, and others. The movie is set to be released in theaters on March 27.
