Former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar recently poked fun at Indian cricket star Virender Sehwag for constantly talking about his two triple centuries over the past 20 years. In a funny Instagram video, Shoaib said he is tired of hearing about Sehwag’s scores, claiming he feels like he’s been listening to the same old tape for too long. He joked that he could win a Guinness World Record for the most mentions of “300,” referring to Sehwag’s triple centuries.

While Shoaib respects Sehwag’s amazing innings—especially the one that the whole of Pakistan watched back in 2004—he also reminded fans that he holds a record of his own for the fastest-ever ball, clocked at 161.3 km/h.

The reason for Shoaib’s fun remarks was a new ad by Myntra featuring Sehwag, where he talks non-stop about his two triple centuries. Shoaib couldn’t help but laugh and included a playful note in his post, inviting stylish people to join the next ad campaign.

Virender Sehwag made history with his triple centuries—one against Pakistan in Multan and another against South Africa in Chennai. Both players are legends in their own right!
