Last year, Sonakshi Sinha got married, but her brothers, Love and Kush, didn’t come to the wedding. Some fans and reporters thought there might be problems between the siblings, especially about Sonakshi marrying Zaheer Iqbal.
In a recent chat with Hauterrfly, Sonakshi shared some childhood memories about her brothers. She admitted that they often got into playful fights. She said, “I was the youngest and the favorite child, so my brothers sometimes felt jealous and would beat me up.”
When asked why Love and Kush missed the wedding, their dad, Shatrughan Sinha, mentioned they might be feeling hurt and confused. He understood their reaction, saying, “They are just human. If I were their age, I might have reacted the same way. But as a parent, I have learned to handle things more maturely.”
Love also spoke out on Instagram about why he didn’t attend Sonakshi’s wedding. He pointed out that people online were spreading false stories about him. He wrote, “Running an online campaign against me won’t change the fact that my family will always come first.”
Sonakshi and Zaheer, who had been dating for seven years, got married in a simple ceremony at her home in Bandra, Mumbai, on June 23, 2024.
