A 30-year-old man from Agra took his own life on February 24, and before he died, he blamed his wife in a video. His sister told India Today that he was scared of facing legal problems while trying to get a divorce. The man worked in tech and got married on January 30, 2022.

In his last video, he said, “Please think about men,” and asked that his parents not be hurt after his death. His wife later claimed that he was sometimes abusive, especially when drinking, and that he had tried to end his life before.

The man’s sister explained that he found out his wife was having affairs and they were planning to file for a divorce together in January 2025. However, he believed the process would be difficult and that laws favored women.

She also mentioned that another woman had told her brother that his wife and her sisters were known for hurting married men. This made him anxious about getting a divorce. After looking through his phone, she became convinced that he was pushed to the brink when he thought his wife wouldn’t agree to a divorce easily.

Now, they’ve filed a complaint with the police to prevent this from happening to someone else.
