Sukesh Chandrashekhar, a conman in a Delhi jail, has said he wants to invest $2 billion in Elon Musk’s company, X (formerly known as Twitter). In a letter to Musk, he wrote, “I am ready to invest $1 billion right now and another $1 billion next year, making it a total of $2 billion.” He added that if this investment happens, he would be a “proud Indian.”

Sukesh also praised Musk, calling him “my man” and congratulating him on his role in a new U.S. government department called DOGE, which stands for Department of Government Efficiency. He referred to former U.S. President Donald Trump as his “big brother.”

In the letter, he expressed admiration for Musk, saying, “You are solid, Tankman, and Bulletproof. What you’ve built is amazing. Being a part of that would be incredible for me.”

This isn’t the first time Sukesh has written letters from prison. He has contacted many famous people before, like Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes and ex-Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Earlier this month, he also wrote to Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, offering to invest $1 billion at first and an extra $2 billion over five years for OpenAI’s work in India. He urged Sam to accept his offer, saying, “Why should the big boys always have the fun? Just take my money!”
