Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini praised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for their big win in the Delhi assembly elections, calling it a “historic” moment. He said the people in Delhi will now get to enjoy all the helpful programs from the Central Government. Saini also accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal of spreading false information, especially the claim that Haryana was poisoning the water going to Delhi.

“This is an exciting moment. The old government talked a lot but did little. They didn’t let Delhi residents benefit from schemes started by PM Modi, like the Ayushman Yojana, which provides health coverage. For ten years, they made empty promises about clean air and water but didn’t deliver,” Saini stated at a press conference in Delhi.

Saini, along with other senior BJP leaders, mentioned that the new Chief Minister for Delhi will be chosen by the party’s central team. He expressed happiness that PM Modi’s plans will now also be applied in Delhi. “Poor people will receive Ayushman cards, and farmers will get better prices for their crops. Everyone will have clean and enough water,” he explained.

Saini highlighted that the people of Delhi have realized the truth about Kejriwal and AAP. “Kejriwal blamed farmers for burning crops and claimed Haryana was polluting Delhi’s water. The previous government didn’t do any real work and just pointed fingers at others. But the people understood this. We thank the people of Delhi,” he added.

With BJP’s strong win in Delhi, they will now govern all around the National Capital Region, which includes Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. There are now no main rival parties to blame for pollution issues in this area. When asked how the BJP will deal with air and water pollution, Saini said, “We will take action on this gradually. We have plans that include more electric vehicles and improving metro connectivity. The government is constantly working on many projects to reduce pollution in various ways, and we will do it diligently. We won’t just blame others
