Justin Baldoni has added more details to his lawsuit against Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. He talked about how he received notes from the intimacy coordinator for their movie, “It Ends With Us,” during a meeting that Lively did not attend. Baldoni said he had to tell Lively about the notes himself, even though she asked to meet him at her penthouse in New York City to discuss the film’s intimate scenes.

The notes suggested a scene where Baldoni’s character performs oral sex on Lively’s character, and they both experience pleasure. However, Lively reportedly told him she didn’t want to “orgasm” on screen because she felt she was “too old” for that.

Baldoni claims he offered different ideas based on the intimacy coordinator’s notes but that Lively turned down all of them. Lively later complained that Baldoni talked about his own sex life and included unnecessary scenes with her character’s “orgasm.”

Baldoni’s team also responded to Lively’s claims about filming a birth scene. Lively said the set was chaotic and unsafe, adding that she wore just a small piece of fabric. Baldoni’s lawsuit stated that she was actually wearing black briefs and a pregnancy suit, covered by a hospital gown.

The lawsuits from both Baldoni and Lively are set to go to court on March 9, 2026.
