AAP leader Priyanka Kakkar criticized Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini after he took a sip of water from the Yamuna River to defend himself against accusations from former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal claimed that the Haryana government was poisoning the water supplied to Delhi to harm its residents.

Kakkar called Saini’s actions a “drama” and said he didn’t really drink the water; instead, he spit it out immediately. She urged him to explain why the Yamuna is so polluted instead of misleading people.

Saini responded to Kejriwal’s statement, saying it was “unfortunate” and that Kejriwal was trying to scare people for political reasons. He claimed he demonstrated drinking the water to prove there was no poison in it.

In a different situation, a suspicious car was found parked near Delhi’s Punjab Bhawan with AAP pamphlets, cash, and liquor bottles inside. Kakkar said the car belongs to a BJP worker from Maharashtra and insisted it was not tied to the Punjab government, as Punjab Police confirmed the car’s number plate was fake. The police said they are investigating the matter.
