In Bihar, a man named Mukesh Chaudhary has taken a complaint to a court against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Chaudhary claims he was so shocked by something Gandhi said that he accidentally dropped a bucket of milk, which cost him ₹250. This incident happened in Samastipur district, Bihar.
Chaudhary was upset by Rahul Gandhi’s comment about “fighting against the Indian state.” He said that he was so surprised by the remark that he let go of his five-liter bucket of milk, which he bought for ₹50 per liter. Chaudhary believes that Gandhi is threatening the country’s sovereignty.
Chaudhary’s complaint was filed in a civil court in the Rosera area. He asked the court to put Gandhi on trial for different reasons, including sedition, which is a serious charge against someone who goes against the government.
There’s no news yet on whether the court accepted Chaudhary’s complaint.
What did Gandhi say? At the opening of the Congress party’s new office in New Delhi, Rahul Gandhi criticized RSS leader Mohan Bhagwat for saying that true independence for India came with the opening of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Gandhi said, “The BJP and RSS have taken control of all institutions, and we are now fighting against the BJP, the RSS, and the Indian State itself.”
After these comments, BJP President JP Nadda criticized Gandhi, saying he and his party don’t understand India’s history.
A police case was also filed against another Congress member for similar comments that, according to the complaint, could threaten the unity and safety of the country. They argued that Gandhi’s words could encourage unrest and feelings of separation among people
