Get excited for the Republic Day Parade 2025! This year, it will be a huge celebration of India’s rich culture and strong military. We are also celebrating 75 years of our Constitution and the idea of ‘Jan Bhagidari,’ which means public participation.

Who is Joining Us?
The Chief Guest for this special event will be Mr. Prabowo Subianto, the President of Indonesia.

What to Expect in the Parade?
– 31 Amazing Tableaux: Beautiful displays from different States, Union Territories, and Central Ministries. The theme is “Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas” which means “Golden India: Heritage and Development.”
– Flypast by 47 Aircraft: Watch as planes fly above in formation!
– Celebrating 75 Years of the Constitution: Two special tableaux to mark this important milestone.
– Cultural Performances: Artists will perform with traditional music instruments from all over India.

Making it Easy for Everyone:
– A special mobile app and the Rashtraparv Portal will help you book tickets and find seating and parking info.
– Free Metro rides for people who have tickets!
– Park-and-Ride schemes with shuttle buses for easy travel.
– Special areas with ramps and wheelchair help for Divyang persons.
– Doubled toilet facilities and cloakroom services for everyone’s comfort.

Getting Citizens Involved:
– About 10,000 special guests will be invited, including community leaders and skilled people from different fields.
– Couples dressed in traditional outfits from each State and Union Territory will join the celebration.
– Winners from fun online competitions like essay, quiz, painting, and tableau design contests will also participate.

Other Exciting Events Planned:
– Cultural performances will feature 5,000 artists showcasing over 45 dance styles.
– The Beating Retreat Ceremony on January 29 will include only Indian music.
– The Bharat Parv festival at Red Fort from January 26-31 will display delicious food, amazing crafts, and cultural shows.

Special Initiatives for Students:
– The National School Band Competition will have finalists perform at Kartavya Path.
– Veer Gatha 4.0 will honor 100 students who have written about the heroes in the Indian Armed Forces.

How Will We Celebrate?
The celebrations will conclude with the special Beating Retreat Ceremony on January 29, focusing on unity and pride in our country.
