Actor Allu Arjun has been granted regular bail after a woman sadly died in a stampede at the premiere of his new movie, “Pushpa-2.” He visited a local court to complete the necessary paperwork and was accompanied by his father-in-law, Chandrasekhar Reddy.
The court gave him permission to go home but set some rules he must follow. He needs to provide two people who will promise to pay ₹50,000 each if he doesn’t follow the rules. Also, he has to check in with the police every Sunday for two months and can’t change where he lives without telling the court. Additionally, he cannot leave India without asking the court first.
Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 and released the next day after getting temporary bail. He had been named as the 11th accused in the case, which started after a woman tragically died and her son got hurt during chaotic scenes at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad on December 4. The police opened a case against him, his security team, and the theatre managers after the woman’s family filed a complaint.
