Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu held a meeting on Tuesday to discuss job opportunities for families who have lost loved ones while serving the state. He told government workers to create a clear plan for giving jobs on compassionate grounds and promised to resolve all waiting cases.
Sukhu emphasized the need to gather important information about applicants, such as their age, education, and the department they are interested in. He wants to help families who are facing tough times, especially widows and orphans, by giving them priority in getting government jobs.
To make sure this plan works well, a special committee led by Education Minister Rohit Thakur has been formed. This committee includes Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani and Ayush Minister Yadvinder Goma. They will look into the details about these compassionate appointments and will present their findings in the next meeting on January 10.
