Dietitian Richa Gangani shared her inspiring success story on Instagram. She lost 7 kg in just 21 days by using intermittent fasting and sticking to a simple diet.

What is Intermittent Fasting?
Richa practiced a method called 16/8 intermittent fasting. This means she fasted for 16 hours each day and only ate during an 8-hour window. She said, “I start eating at 10 am and finish by 6 pm. Intermittent fasting has helped me achieve great results in just 21 days!”

Her Daily Diet Routine:
– Morning (9 AM): She began her day with a Ghee Tonic for healthy skin and digestion.
– Breakfast (10 AM): She enjoyed 1 egg, avocado, and sourdough toast.
– Lunch (2 PM): Her meal included 30 grams of white rice, 30 grams of chole, and 50 grams of steamed broccoli.
– Snack (4 PM): She had a glass of vegan coffee protein shake and three boiled eggs.
– Dinner (6 PM): Her last meal was a bowl of creamy pesto vegetable soup.
– End of Eating Window (8 PM): She drank anti-bloat tea to help with digestion before her fasting period began.

The next day, she broke her fast with another Ghee Tonic at 9 AM.
